Boy oh boy,for once in my life,I'm just totally speechless.Here,I think we actually get a show based on jokes and story lines other Belgian sitcoms rejected.And believe me,that's not good.
Just to give you an impression of the experience of watching this show,this is the plot that is used for every episode(no,seriously):A greedy,mean,unfriendly garage keeper invents a scam to get rich fast but at the end,his plan backfires because of a misunderstanding and he ends up losing money,while his wife is embarrassed and his staff,well,they are there too.
The jokes then.By calling them jokes,I'm being extremely generous.The dim-witted mechanic misunderstands expressions,the son makes PG sexual remarks,the cleaning lady can't get a husband(maybe she could if she didn't lie for no reason other than to create misunderstandings all the time),the garage keeper yells a lot.Stop it guys,you're killing me!Slowly and painful.By the way,the rest of the cast tells puns.Well,more like rhymes,but what's the difference,right?
And yep,it keeps going and going.That's just what Belgian shows do.Cancellation,anyone ever heard of it?
