For the movie The Cincinnati Kid (1965) which centers around the high stakes game of stud poker, magician Jay Ose is hired to act as technical advisor, specifically teaching the actors how to handle a deck of cards for close up scenes. Actress Joan Blondell, who plays Lady Fingers in the movie, that character one of the dealers in the climactic high stakes poker game, is given instruction on how to deal the cards properly for her scenes.
