In the Sonic games, there are seven Chaos Emeralds, all of which are multi-coloured. In the four-episode story-arc in this show (comprising "Blackbot the Pirate", "Hedgehog of the Hound Table", "Robotnik's Pyramid Scheme" and "Prehistoric Sonic"), there are four Chaos Emeralds, all of which are green and of various shapes, scattered throughout various points in history, and each give a specific power: invisibility, invincibility, immortality and the power to give life. During the credits, we see a Wile E. Coyote-like segment where Dr. Robotnik is setting a trap where a large mechanical press is supposed to smash Sonic. But when Robotnik pushes the remote control button, the trap doesn't do anything. He walks under the press to see what happened, and Sonic takes the controller, presses the button and smashes Robotnik. The press rises, and Sonic tosses the remote control under the press before running off. A flattened Robotnik gently falls from the press onto the controller and ends up smashed again. See more »
Adventures of Sonic the Hedgehog, was a cool cartoon. The darker Sonic the Hedgehog series that ran on ABC from 1993-1995 was excellent. AoSTH is nothing compared to it, but nevertheless, it's still a good show. The cartoony styles in it make it look sort've like a mixture of Warner Bros cartoons, and a lesson learning session from Captin... I forgot the name. Who cares about the bad animation. It made it easier for the people to draw and stuff. If you wanna advance your knowledge on SegaSonic, you'd probably want to see this. Of course, you could check out the SatAM, but not that horrible show Sonic Underground. Listen that show reeks, and nothing's going to change that. There were a couple of good episodes, but clearly, that wasn't enough.
So, if you want to see a better cartoon, see this or SatAM.
PS: BRING BACK SATAM! BRING BACK SATAM! BRING BACK SATAM! BRING BACK SATAM!
