- In the Burt the Bashful Level 1-4, If Yoshi hits Burt the bashful with his eggs, then his pants will fall down and eventually will be naked, his body turn red and literally die of embarrassment.
Violence & Gore

- Yoshi can stick his tongue out and swallow enemies, when he does that a egg appears behind him. Yoshi can then fire the egg at an object.
- Yoshi can get hit by enemies and cause him to lose baby Mario.
- If Yoshi touches the spikes, then he will die and lose a life. Also if Yoshi lands in the lava, then his butt will get burned and he will fall down and die. Also if Yoshi falls down a pit then he will die and lose a life.
Profanity

- Yoshi gets high when he touches a Fuzzy.
- (Although Yoshi can be seen gambling by playing slot machines, roulette in the bonus games.)
Frightening & Intense Scenes

- The bonus level in "Poochy ain't Stupid" is considered to be frustrating and hardest level by most players as the level auto scrolls and Yoshi can easily get hit and fall in the lava and lose a life.
- When Yoshi gets hit, Baby Mario fly's away in a giant bubble and he is crying. Yoshi must go get him.
- Some of the monsters including Tap Tap, Boos, Giant Baby Bowser might frighten some.

Frightening & Intense Scenes
- The Final Boss, which is Baby Bowser, although not intense in the first part, grows giant thanks to Kamek, his "giant" design is considered very frightening and creepy, especially when he runs closer and faster after you attack him. In addition, the music is also unsettling. This can be unexpected for younger ones especially as this is a cartoonish and young childrens game
