You've gotta take this movie the right way. It's thin plot is an ever-reappearing knife - Satan's Blade - that turns each finder into a homicidal maniac.
The movie was made, I believe, as a drive-in thriller and masturbation fantasy, with 10, count 'em, 10 good-enough looking girls writhing to death after being stabbed or shot; victims in dresses, or sometimes in lingerie, or just panties, maybe baby doll jammies...you get the idea. There were 3 other deaths, but no real reactions from those victims, and a 14th girl shone already dead and bloody. But 10 sexual-psycho dancing death scenes are the main draw in this Stabber Special. Minimal blood and no full frontal nudity lets Sue Ellen and Tommy kiss and pet while watching, and not get too offended.
For what it's meant to be, it's made OK. If you're looking for anything else from this low-budget special, it ain't there.
