For centuries, there have been legends of "devils" walking the Earth, feeding off the blood of humans. However, the truth behind these vampiric legends has remained a mystery... until now. Strange "lifepods" have crashed in the western mountains, bringing with them supernatural beings previously found only in the realm of folk-lore and fantasy. Vampires walk the Earth, at war with Humanity an each other, driven by the most terrifying of genetic imperatives! Like wasps seeking a spider, they have come to this planet for only one purpose: to perpetuate their species. To save Mankind, Kimera must die.

Very good, but not great for an Anime
31 January 2000 | by (Gotham) – See all my reviews

Kimera is a fairly good piece of Anime, but a short one (It clocks in at just an hour). Without giving away to much of the plot line, it deals with alien vampires, and the men who love them (really, I kid you not). It also adds an interesting spin on the Roswell "incident". If you're an Anime fan, you will definatly want to check it out. It will probably keep you entertained, although it dosen't measure up to the Anime greats.
