After Croque installs a racetrack on Pulau-Pulau, Catherine the Great appears claiming her prize horse has been stolen and giving Croque one day to restore him or her fleet will destroy the island.
Emilia and Jack search for a mythical sea monster that has sunk several ships around Pulau-Pulau and find yet another plan to conquer the world, this one by the descendant of Leonardo da Vinci.
Emilia and Jack steal a local idol of the long-dead Walla Walla Bing Bangs from its temple, but discover the person trying to kill them is a member of that tribe. Meanwhile, Croque has found the idol and they must recapture it to reverse the death sentence.
After sampling a special wine, Emilia and Jack wake up in bed together with no memory of how they got there. They discover that Napoleon is planning on sending that wine to all the world leaders to subjugate them. To foil his plan, they must destroy the drugged wine.
