As a big fan of Winnie the Pooh and of the TV series The New Adventures of Winnie the Pooh, I love the video Spookable Pooh. It has everything I love about the show, beautiful animation and music, great vocal talent, timeless characters, very funny writing and simple stories that have such endearing childhood innocence.
"A Knight to Remember" has a very cute, if not exactly scary(apart from a very Tim Burton-like attic), story, and while I love all the characters, Tigger really does make a great Bish-up of Bounce don't you think, it is adorable little Piglet who steals the show. The animation is very colourful and the music bounces along, while there are some great quotes especially "There's all sorts of fun hiding around in this house. All we gotta do is seek it!" and "Must be Spring. The knights are getting shorter."
"Rock a Bye Pooh Bear" is an episode I love just as much. While the dream itself is nightmarish(and weird) in a sense and the storm is enough to knock down a stadium, it is a very sweet and touching story at its core. It really is a reminder that Pooh, Tigger and Rabbit were such good friends to try to help Piglet through his nightmare. The animation has a beautiful and sometimes haunting quality to it, apart from one small instance where Piglet looks a tad odd, and there is some great dialogue especially "now if you'll excuse me, I'm just going to take a five hour ice-cold bath"
In conclusion, great spooky fun. 10/10 Bethany Cox
