27 September 2000 | WENN | See recent WENN news »

Angelina Jolie's husband Billy Bob Thornton was rushed to the hospital last week, reportedly suffering from a viral infection. The 45-year-old Thornton was admitted to Cedars Sinai hospital in Los Angeles on Friday, and has now been released after medics checked him over during the weekend. He is preparing to start working with Bruce Willis on their new movie Outlaws (2001) next month. Thornton's publicist Michelle Bega says, "Mr Thornton was briefly at the hospital, but he is now home and resting comfortably. He's expected to make a full recovery and will soon start working with Bruce Willis on their new movie." »
