Storyline

Jerry Stanton's pride and joy is successfully coaching the Hurricanes, one of the six competing school soccer teams, sponsored by his employer's sports equipment shop. When the competition goes co-ed, he panics, but relies on Samantha 'Sam', the tomcat among his twin daughters, as not-disastrous girl in his team. Alas, partially due to wife Denise, a psychologist, the team-picking goes pear-shaped, the Hurricanes get stuck with fashionista twin Emma. So he eagerly accepts when the sisters spontaneously suggests secretively trading places, but Denise and attractive boys compromise keeping the charade up. Written by KGF Vissers

Which is the real loser, me or the film?
8 April 2006 | by (United States) – See all my reviews

I finally saw this movie for the first time today. I must say I found the actual film itself was rather lack-luster, and I agree with some people here about having to fast forward through some parts because it gets a little boring at times. Don't get me wrong, there were some comical and amusing moments through out the movie from time to time, but nothing really spectacular. However, I must saying, that Kathy Greenwood absolutely shined in this movie. She did an excellent job playing mother to the Olsen twins' Sam and Emma. It makes me wish that more people would offer Kathy bigger roles in movies more often.

So I ask you, which is the real loser, me or the film? *shrugs*
