Following the opening of a Japanese auto factory in Sicily, the head of the company is kidnapped by Sicilian mobsters. In hopes of avoiding paying either ransom or life insurance, the head of the Japanese insurance company hires an American detective to apprehend the kidnappers and retrieve the executive.
