Really great for us older ladies who are not totally out of shape, but don't want anything too wild.
Being a fairly active person ), but not in perfect tone(I'm 52, I really like this work-out. It keeps up a tolerable rhythm with two workout levels being done on the floor: high impact and low impact. It is one of the few work-out videos that didn't bore me after the 3rd time of using it. Mainly because the music is tolerable. I also use my own music sometimes which is possible because the beat is pretty much the same all the way through. - It lacks the pre-stretches, but I can do those myself. It does have a cool-down and stretch at the end of the hour. Afterwards, the dietary description is excellent! I gave it a 9.
