Two factions of space warriors land on Earth; some good with light blue armor and others evil red dinosaurs with dark blue armor. Good people join forces to prevent evil from conquering this new world.

The planet Reptilon exists in a counter-Earth orbit known, and maintains a population of intelligent anthropomorphic dinosaurs. During a conflict, two small groups of these aliens were stranded on Earth. They have set up secret headquarters and continue fighting against each other, remaining unnoticed by most humans. The heroic Dinosaucers have settled in a dormant volcano, and the villainous Tyrannos have settled in an abandoned amusement park. The wannabe-tyrant Genghis Rex (called "Rex" for short) dreams of conquest, but he is typically undermined by his own flaws. He is quick to anger and rather inept at forming long-term goals. A recurring subplot is that Rex is in love with the heroine Teryx (who loves someone else), and he goes out of his way to ensure that she survives this secret war.—Dimos I

Two groups of intelligent anthropomorphic dinosaurs from outer space land on Earth: the heroic Dinosaucers and the villainous Tyrannos. The Dinosaucers befriend and join forces with human allies to stop the Tyrannos from taking over the world.
