The Making of the Documentary

I had the pleasure of meeting with Barry Greenwald and working with him on my booth at the Calgary Stampedes so he could learn the art of pitching. I introduced Barry to all my comrades and must admit, it took a bit of coaxing to get them to allow Barry and his film crew to invite them into our small family of Pitch People. At the time, there were only about 32 people in Canada that "pitched" full time for a living. Barry traveled with us from Calgary to Edmonton, and then continued his interviews and filming at the Western Fair in London Ontario, The Markham Fair, and the International Plowing Match. My mentor back then was the co-star Steve Rosenberg, while my wife worked with Mr. Ron Rundle himself selling the Miracle Chef Deluxe Slicer, T-Fal Frying Pans and many other hot products at the time.
