PW Botha's airhead daughter v. Zindzi Mandela's flaming sword
This film, though now quite dated, was successful primarily in its contrast of the clueless comments of Botha's daughter (who clearly believed anyone could go up to her father and criticize the government) and the determined revolutionary attitude of Nelson Mandela's daughter. There are many other children inter-viewed, but it is the dichotomy between these two that is most useful in teaching how white South Africa was still convincing itself that if they ignored it and just kept BBQing in their burbs, life would be swell. I often show it, Cry Freedom and Nelson Mandela's release in my classes.
