Mack Daddy (Ice T) releases Leprechaun (Warwick Davis), but just by sheer luck, he puts a gold necklace around him turning him into stone. Ice T becomes a rap star because of a flute he has stolen from the Leprechaun.

A hip-hop group wants perform (Anthony Montgomery, Rashaan Nall). As Mack lets them down, they steal the Leprechaun's gold necklace and the flute. The Leprechaun is set free. He's attracted by a pot-smoking thug (Eric Mansker) who shares the cigarette with him. Leprechaun rips the thug's finger off to steal his gold ring.

The 3 hip-hop friends hide, first at a travestite's home, where one of them realises the power of the flute, and then at a church. Reverend Hamson (Ivory Ocean) makes them sing for them. One of the hip-hop stars gets killed by the Leprechaun altough he's given his flute back.

Mack and the hip-hop singers have to join their forces to fight it. They steal his flute again by disguising themselves as girls, and inviting him to smoke some weed. Mack is badly hurt by the Leprechaun, which doesn't get trapped by the golden necklace this time, and sings itself a hip-hop song, while three waitresses dance to his tune!
