Excellent film, witty, warm and sensitive.

Dana H. Glazer sensitively provides the experience of a famous violinist who has lost his desire to play and to live life and how, through an encounter with a ghost flutist, is able to regain his former vigor for both life and music.

It was nice to see veteran actor Frank Gio, who plays the mailman in Intermezzo, perform a role that was not mafia-based. Will Lyman as the violinist performed his character with grace and understated aptitude.

I viewed Intermezzo, at the 1998 award ceremony for the Student Academy Awards where it was a winner in the Dramatic Film category. Mr. Glazer is a very promising director whose career should be followed closely.
