When the messenger is killed on the way back from Prince Wendell's hunting cottage, the Huntsman's arrow originally enters his back. When the Huntsman reclaims his arrow, it has entered from the front.
In the scene where the Huntsman enters to the Evil Queen staring at Virginia, he announces, "My lady, we have a problem in the kitchens." His mouth clearly does not move at near the same time as the words.
At the end before Virginia heads back through the mirror, she calls her dad "Daddy" and he says, "...you haven't called me that since you were a little girl." Virginia called him "Daddy" at the beginning of the movie before she left for work.
Tony asks Wolf to bring the dog and he and Virginia go after towards the farming town (Peeps), Wolf is then summoned by the evil queen in the water/pond and he is holding the dog, they cut to him running away from the pond towards Virginia and Tony and he no longer as the dog, Tony is pulling it.
When Wolf is in the boat with shaving cream still on his face and is talking to the Evil Queen in some shots the shaving cream doesn't really cover his beard, but in one shot it does and has a lot more shaving cream.
In the beginning of the film, after Prince Wendell is turned in to a dog, a gold chain collar is clearly visible around the dog's neck. In subsequent scenes with Virginia, such as in Central Park and the restaurant, the collar is no longer there.
When Virginia wakes up in Snow White's Cottage her hair covers the whole bottom floor and is growing up the stairs. However in the following scenes the hair seems a lot shorter and then shorter again when the Huntsman drags her into his tree house.
When Virginia first meets Prince in the park she asks him why he doesn't have a collar. After they trap the trolls she pets the dog and he is clearly wearing a gold chain. The collar appears and disappears throughout the film.
The book the trolls find in the river while rowing to Rivertowne is titled "Women Who Love Men, Who Hate Women". On the way to Kissingtowne Virginia is seen reading that same book that was supposed lost to the river.
After Snow White grants Virginia's wish to end her father's bad luck AND fix his back, we cut back to her father. The sweater that Virginia placed over him is not there. But then, the next moment, when the Huntsman appears in front of him, the sweater has returned.
When Virginia's grandmother pours Virginia a drink, she pours it into her own glass - which is almost empty - and it sounds like it has been filled. When she hands the glass to Virginia, it is still mostly empty, and then she picks up a new, full glass from the table for herself.
In the last few moments of the film, when Virginia and Wolf are sitting on the bridge, Virginia's hair is still short, but has a noticeable amount of growth since her recent haircut, and the previous scene.
In the scene with the gypsies the Huntsman shoots a tree with his crossbow, to send a note that all poachers will be killed. Later, when Virginia is in the tree, the Huntsman tells her that the arrow from his crossbow will not stop until it hits the heart of a living being. However, the arrow would be able to pierce the tree to its core, also called its "heartwood", when delivering the note.
There are two goofs in the scene where the trolls are preparing to torture Virginia. First they make a big thing out of pulling her stocking toes away from her feet, then cutting the toe ends off, leaving most of the stockings in place. But, though the stockings are never removed, after she is rescued by Wolf she is barelegged. Second, when she sits down and puts her stockings back on it is obvious that the stockings are intact and the toes are back in place.
When the Evil Queen and the Dog Prince are in the ruined castle, she tells him to stand up like a human. When he leaves to get dressed, he puts his hand against the column they are standing next to and it visibly rocks back and forth.
When Virginia has very long hair, you can see her real hair is lying on top of the wig (the actress's hair doesn't continue straight into the hair extensions, the extensions are just underneath her real hair).
When Virginia turns around in the park to get her wallet, you can clearly see a line in the back of her neck that shows she is wearing a wig or something alike. Perhaps this scene was shot after her hair had been cut short later on in the film.
