SpongeBob is forced endure cold nights, bad food, and being pursued by the jellyfishing Patrick! Opposite Day: Fed up with SpongeBob and Patrick, Squidward decides to sell his house and move. Worried no one will buy it if they see what their neighbors will be really like, Squidward fools them into thinking it's 'opposite day,' and they must do the opposite of their usual behavior. No such luck, however. With those two, the opposite of crazy is still crazy.

The Chaperone: When Mr. Krab's daughter Pearl is stood up for her prom, SpongeBob agrees to step in. Not wanting Pearl to feel bad about her date, SpongeBob tries to make himself tall, dark and handsome. His efforts cause much embarrassment and Pearl is distraught but not as much as SpongeBob. Pearl is finally able to see SpongeBob for the great guy that he is. Employee of the Month: Mr. Krabs uses the award to drive SpongeBob, but he dupes SpongeBob into believing he might break his ongoing winning streak and lose this month to Squidward. Squidward could care less but goes along with the ruse for fun. But when a fearful SpongeBob works so hard he humiliates Squidward at work, the battle for the award begins.

Despite Mr. Krabs' scary tales of sea creatures winding up in gift shops or packed cans, Patrick convinces SpongeBob that there's no risk and the boys tempt fate by riding the hooks and jumping off for fun. Mermaidman and Barnacleboy II: SpongeBob wins the big prize from his favorite TV show, "The Adventures of Mermaidman and Barnacleboy" - The Conch Signal! Now he can summon the semi-retired super heroes whenever there's an emergency. Rather than keep getting signals for "emergencies" like opening jars, the duo take SpongeBob along for their patrol to see what real crime fighting is all about.

Christmas Who?: Nobody in Bikini Bottom has ever heard of Christmas or Santa Clause until Sandy lets them in on this surface tradition. SpongeBob wants to bring Christmas to Bikini Bottom this year and his enthusiasm is infectious. Everyone gets into the spirit, waiting for Santa to arrive on the big day. Everyone except Squidward, who has scoffed at SpongeBob the whole while. When Santa is a no show on Christmas morning, everyone blames SpongeBob for getting their hopes up. But in a surprise ending, Squidward uncharacteristically saves the day and Christmas ends up coming after all.

Mermaidman and Barnacleboy III: When Mermaidman and Barnacleboy go away for the weekend, they ask SpongeBob and Patrick to house sit for them. Inside the house, SpongeBob and Patrick discover the evil super villain, Man-Ray frozen in a tank. SpongeBob can't help but unfreeze him and he cons them into setting him free by convincing them they have rehabilitated him. Once SpongeBob and Patrick set him free, they find out that Man-Ray was only pretending and they take on the roles of Mermaidman and Barnacleboy themselves in order to re-capture the villain and save Bikini Bottom.. In an idiotic show down, we learn that Man-Ray only thinks he hasn't turned good, but actually SpongeBob and Patrick did change him and he gives up his evil ways. Squirrel Jokes: When SpongeBob starts telling derogatory jokes about squirrels, SpongeBob becomes an overnight stand up comedy sensation. At first, Sandy is a good sport about it, but soon people start treating her as if she really was stupid and smelly. Her feelings get hurt and she asks SpongeBob if he could tell some other kinds of jokes. SpongeBob agrees but when he tries to, he flops on his face so he quickly resorts to his standard squirrel jokes. Sandy invites SpongeBob to the Treedome for a celebration dinner. When he arrives, Sandy acts as stupid as SpongeBob has been claiming squirrels are, and he gets what's coming to him.

Pressure: Sandy and SpongeBob get into a fierce competition doing extreme underwater sports. The longer they compete, the more people they attract and soon SpongeBob has a small following who cheer him on as their underwater mascot and poo poo Sandy because she is a "land lubber." The score is even until Sandy loses because her underwater suit can't handle the pressure from the great depths of the sea. SpongeBob and his cronies brag and Sandy challenges them to go to the surface and see how they do. Scared out of their minds, they go to the surface and get chased by a seagull. In the end, Sandy saves them just barely in time. The Smoking Peanut: SpongeBob and Patrick visit the zoo and SpongeBob innocently tosses a peanut at a oyster in order to rouse it. The oyster goes crazy and suddenly the authorities demand to know what could have caused this. SpongeBob panics and denies that he knows anything about it. The dismayed oyster continues to cry, disturbing all of Bikini Bottom and everyone, including Patrick, becomes obsessed with making sure whoever tossed that peanut is punished. SpongeBob digs himself a deeper and deeper hole by refusing to come clean. Finally, the police tell him they have found their man and they haul Patrick off claiming he was the only one there at the scene of the crime. SpongeBob can't let Patrick take the rap for something he did even though Patrick is now completely convinced that he, indeed, did it. In the end, SpongeBob comes clean.

Season 2, Episode 13: Shanghaied/Gary Takes a Bath

Shanghaied: An anchor gets lodged into Squidward's window, so SpongeBob, Patrick and Squidward all climb the rope to see who is responsible. It's The Flying Dutchman's ship, and he enslaves them to work as crew members on deck for the rest of their lives! Squidward, however, is quickly thrown overboard because he's so annoying. SpongeBob and Patrick love being slaves on board his ghostly ship and it drives the Dutchman crazy. An angry Dutchman resigns to eat them the next day, so SpongeBob and Patrick steal his special dining socks in retaliation. He agrees to grant them 3 wishes in exchange for the socks. They quickly blow the first two wishes. Their destiny will be determined by the audience voting over the phone lines and the internet in a special episode called "You Wish". Gary Takes a Bath: It's time to give Gary a bath, but he doesn't want to take one. SpongeBob tries to lure Gary into the tub but he refuses to go. In the end, Gary outsmarts SpongeBob by luring him outside. SpongeBob falls in the mud and ends up even dirtier than Gary ever was. Gary meows and goes back inside.

Sailor Mouth: SpongeBob reads a "bad" word off the dumpster behind the Krusty Krabs and he doesn't know what it means. He asks Patrick who explains to him that it's a fancy word and both of them start using it in every sentence they can. But when Mr. Krabs hears them he goes berserk and warns them never to use it again. Later on, SpongeBob accidentally uses the "bad" word again and Patrick runs to tell on him to Mr. Krabs. SpongeBob chases him and in the excitement, Mr. Krabs accidentally stubs his toe and says the "bad" word as well. SpongeBob and Patrick can't believe it and they run to Mr. Krabs mother to tell on him and she makes them all paint her house as punishment. Artist Unknown: Squidward is teaching an art class at the adult learning center in Bikini Bottom and SpongeBob turns up as his only student. SpongeBob is a natural and Squidward crushes his spirit with all his criticism. SpongeBob leaves the class convinced he has no talent. When an art collector arrives moments later and commissions Squidward to make a statue for the park, Squidward realizes he needs SpongeBob's help and begs him to come back and try again. But SpongeBob can longer perform like he did and his art now comes out as bad as Squidward's. Frustrated with SpongeBob, Squidward destroys all of the supplies and the land in a heap behind him. When the art collector arrives he asks if the heap is his statue and Squidward denies he has anything to do with it. We reveal the heap and it is an amazing statue that gets erected in the park with the plaque underneath reading "artist unknown". Squidward is never recognized as an artist at all.

Jellyfish Hunter: When money hungry Mr. Krabs discovers that customers love SpongeBob's special jellyfish jelly Krabby Patty, he convinces Spongebob to bring him as many of the jellyfish as he can. Spongebob easily brings in herds of the gentle creatures and empties the entire jellyfish field, with the exception of his favorite one, Ol' Buzzy. However, Ol' Buzzy isn't happy with SpongeBob's lack of respect for the jellyfish fields, and hunts after Spongebob to reveal to him the horrible conditions under which Mr. Krabs is keeping all the jellyfish. When SpongeBob realizes what he has done, he joins forces with Ol' Buzzy to free all of the jellyfish from greedy Mr. Krabs. The Fry Cook Games: The fast food Olympics are taking place and Krabs has entered SpongeBob to compete in all the events. As Patrick watches SpongeBob train, he decides he wants to play, too. SpongeBob explains to him that you have to actually work at a fast food place to enter. Patrick quickly gets a job with the Chum Bucket and Plankton enters Patrick in the Olympics as his champion. SpongeBob and Patrick's friendship is torn apart as Mr. Krabs and Plankton whip them into killing machines. They compete and it's all tied until the last event when SpongeBob and Patrick both realize that they can't let any old competition get in the way of their friendship. Mr. Krabs and Plankton end up wrestling for the championship title.

Sandy, SpongeBob & The Worm: A large worm is terrorizing Bikini Bottom and SpongeBob is terrified of it. Sandy thinks SpongeBob is chicken and drags him out into the wilderness to take the worm on. When they finally see the worm, it turns out SpongeBob was right - it's ferocious. It chases Sandy and SpongeBob hi and lo. Sandy and SpongeBob run for their lives while fighting over whose fault it is. In the end, they get away and become friends again. Squid of Strike: Believing Mr. Krab is taking advantage, Squidward convinces naive SpongeBob to join with him and threaten Mr. Krabs with a strike. When Mr. Krabs fires them both, a frustrated Squidward tries to teach SpongeBob the art of picketing, but business only gets better for Mr. Krabs, and Squidward is forced to make a stump speech about how they will "destroy the establishment." When Squidward has nightmares about being unemployed with SpongeBob forever, he caves into Mr. Krabs and they both reach an agreement, but only after SpongeBob has taken Squidward literally by entirely destroying the Krusty Krab.

Club SpongeBob: SpongeBob and Patrick build a small clubhouse in a tree and get inside. When Squidward happens by they tell him he can't join the club because he wouldn't fit in. Pissed, Squidward insists on joining the club. He climbs the tree and gets inside. The three of them are squeezed inside a tiny space-SpongeBob and Patrick literally meant that Squidward wouldn't fit in. SpongeBob and Patrick then invite Squidward to join the club, but now he refuses. While trying to escape, they accidentally launch themselves out into the woods. They are lost. SpongeBob and Patrick consult their magic ball for directions while Squidward tries to make it home on his own. Squidward marches in circles while SpongeBob and Patrick wait leisurely for the magic ball's instructions. In the end, Squidward is driven crazy and joins their club just to get out of the woods alive. My Pretty Seahorse: SpongeBob finds a stray sea horse and adopts it. When it comes time to go to work, SpongeBob can't bear to leave him at home so he takes him to work and hides him in the kitchen. When Mr. Krabs gets wind of it he orders SpongeBob to take the horse home, but SpongeBob hides him instead. The seahorse keeps escaping from his hiding place and eating all the Krabby Patties. Eventually SpongeBob is forced to come clean.

Just One Bite: When SpongeBob learns that Squidward has never actually tried a Krabby Patty, he becomes obsessed with the idea that Squidward must try it. He badgers Squidward until he gives in. When Squidward takes a bite, he pretends to hate the patty, but secretly he loves it. Alone, he craves another bite, but doesn't want SpongeBob to know. In the end, he sneaks into the Krusty Krab late at night, stuffs his face with patties only to be caught in the act by SpongeBob. The Bully: There is a new bully in boating school named Flats who threatens to beat SpongeBob up after school. SpongeBob is terrified and tries to get help, but everyone is under Flats terror hold already. When the moment of truth comes, Flats throws a punch and falls on his face. SpongeBob realizes there was nothing ever to be scared of in the beginning.

Mermaidman and Barnacleboy IV: Mermaidman and Barnacleboy are eating at the Krusty Krab when Mermaidman accidentally drops his utility belt. SpongeBob finds the belt and can't resist it. He takes it home and tries it on. He plays being Mermaidman for a while and starts touching the buttons. When Patrick comes over he accidentally shrinks him with his laser-shrinking button. When Squidward hears the noise and comes to complain, SpongeBob accidentally shrinks him too. Panicked, he ends up shrinking all of Bikini Bottom. Embarrassed, he has no choice but to go to Mermaidman, confess that he played with the belt and shrank everyone. At least he'll know which button makes everyone big again. But Mermaidman can't remember so SpongeBob ends up shrinking the whole town so everything seems back to normal. Doing Time: During a boating lesson with Mrs. Puff, SpongeBob loses control of his boat and crashes it into a juice truck and a senior citizens home. Mrs. Puff confesses that she is responsible for SpongeBob, so the police throw her in jail. SpongeBob is determined to free his teacher who he feels was wrongfully imprisoned. But Mrs. Puff is having a wonderful time. At last she can relax without having to worry about accompanying SpongeBob on any more harrowing boating lessons ever again-that is until SpongeBob and Patrick sneak into the jail and attempt to break her out.

As Seen on TV: Krabs makes a low budget commercial and SpongeBob is in it for one second. After the commercial airs once at three in the morning, a blind man recognizes SpongeBob. SpongeBob's head blows up and he tells Mr. Krabs that he is going to have to quit the Krusty Krab now that he's a big famous star. Spongebob is convinced that his public needs him. When his public demands that they see him frying Krabby Patties, SpongeBob doesn't think he's anyone to deny them. He ends up cooking patties just like he always has. Can You Spare a Dime?: Squidward is fed up with Mr. Krab's insults and he quits, bragging about how easy it will be to find another job. But of course, it's not and Squidward falls upon hard times. He goes though all his savings and is dirt poor. Having no where else to turn, he asks SpongeBob if he can crash at the Pineapple for awhile, just until he gets back on his feet. SpongeBob's heart goes out to him, but soon Squidward takes advantage of SpongeBob's hospitality and becomes the house guest who has completely overstayed his welcome. SpongeBob has to beg Mr. Krabs to hire Squidward back at the Krusty Krab.

Krab Borg: SpongeBob stays up late one night watching a sci-fi film where robots take over the world. He comes to work paranoid and Squidward scoffs at him. Through a series of wild coincidences, SpongeBob gets it in his head that Mr. Krabs is a robot and convinces Squidward the same thing, too. In a paranoid fit, SpongeBob and Squidward tie up Mr. Krabs and interrogate him as to where he has put the real Mr. Krabs. Mr. Krabs tries to convince him that it is him, but Squidward and SpongeBob are too deeply involved in the fantasy and abuse Mr. Krabs in order to get the information. In the end, Squidward asks SpongeBob how the movie ended. SpongeBob confesses that in the end of the movie, the robot wasn't a robot after all but a real person. Mr. Krabs yells "I told you so". SpongeBob splits and Squidward is left taking the blame for it all. Rock-a-Bye Bivalve: SpongeBob and Patrick find an abandoned baby clam and decided to rear the child as their own. SpongeBob takes on the role of mother, while Patrick becomes the Father who goes to work (under his rock to watch TV with a briefcase full of doughnuts) all day. When the stress of motherhood begins to get to SpongeBob, and he asks Patrick for help, Patrick restates that he has to go to work. He spends less and less time at home and Patrick and SpongeBob fight more and more. When SpongeBob finds out where Patrick has really been spending all of his time, he is livid, but their baby clam has grown up and is ready to fly away on its own. Patrick and SpongeBob put aside their differences to watch their child fly away.

Unfortunately for his guests, SpongeBob plans everything right down to the minute, sapping all the fun from his party. When he gets accidentally locked outside, the real party begins, but SpongeBob freaks out thinking that his planning isn't being followed. He spends the rest of the episode trying to get back inside his house and failing. When his guests leave the next morning, they tell him what a great party it was.

New Student Starfish: It's another day of boating school for SpongeBob, and this time, Patrick wants to come along too. Patrick becomes the new student in SpongeBob's class, and from his introduction, begins getting SpongeBob in trouble. Every time Patrick does something wrong, it appears that SpongeBob has done it. In retaliation, Mrs. Puff takes gold stars off of SpongeBob's "Good Noodle" chart. Spongebob begins to seriously resent Patrick, to the point where the two of them fight and end up in detention. In the process, the light bulb keeping the class science project egg, Roger, alive, burns out. Patrick and SpongeBob have to put aside their differences and work together to save Roger. Clams: It's another day at the Krusty Krab when a random customer provides Mr. Krabs of his one millionth dollar! To celebrate, he takes SpongeBob and Squidward on a clam fishing trip. An over eager SpongeBob accidentally hooks the dollar with his fishing line and throws it out into the water - where a giant clam eats it! Mr. Krabs becomes obsessed and desperately tries to regain his lost dollar. His mental capacity deteriorates until finally the clam reappears and he retrieves his dollar with a brave and death-defying stunt.

After gorging themselves on barbecued-everything-they-could-find, the battle for who should control the fire ensues. The Great Snail Race: Squidward gets a pure-bread snail, Snelle, and decides to race her in the snail races. SpongeBob becomes competitive and enters Gary, coaching him to the point of exhaustion. At the races, Gary fizzles out, and Snelle comes to his aid, proving that it's not winning, it's about caring. The race trophy is given to Patrick's race entry - a rock. Mid-Life Crustacean: Mr. Krabs realizes that he is getting old. He's not so hip anymore. He overhears Patrick and SpongeBob hyping up a big night out that they're planning and figures that would be a good way to get hip again. He asks the guys if he can come along on their wild night on the town. They show Mr. Krabs a great(?) time...They hit the Laundromat, pick up trash under the highway, and stop at a kids' amusement restaurant. Mr. Krabs realizes that younger or not - they are not any hipper than he is. He tries to leave, but Patrick convinces him to go on their last big event of the night - a panty raid. Finally they're doing something cool...until Mr. Krabs realizes they've raided his own mother's house. He's sent to bed without supper. At least that makes him feel young again.

"Born Again Krabs": Mr. Krabs refuses to let SpongeBob throw away a moldy Krabby Patty that was festering under the grill. He tries to pawn it off on customers to save the fifty-two cents he would have lost if he threw the patty away. No-one will eat it. Finally, to demonstrate it's still good, Mr. Krabs takes a bite...and ends up hospitalized for food poisoning. The Flying Dutchman comes to take his soul, but Mr. Krabs strikes a bargain with him - let him return to life and prove he's not cheap, and if he fails, he will spend eternity in Davey Jones' locker. "I Had an Accident": SpongeBob, while sand sledding, breaks his butt! Paranoid for his own safety he becomes a hermit and cloisters himself in his house. Sandy and Patrick do all they can to try and get him to come out, but to no avail. Finally, Sandy pretends she is being attacked by a gorilla, played by Patrick in a gorilla suit.

Krabby Land: It's summer break, and Mr. Krabs wants to squeeze every penny out of the children who are out of school. He take a pile of rusty old junk and concocts a playground of sorts, and promises them that if they pay to play and eat Krabby Patties, Krabby the Klown will appear to entertain them. He leaves SpongeBob in charge while he goes to count all the money. Mayhem ensues. SpongeBob and the kids are told that Krabby the Klown is finally here! They rush inside to find Mr. Krabs doing a quick and lousy clown imitation with a tomato on his nose. The kids revolt and get their money back, and Mr. Krabs is forced to eat a truckload of lima beans as punishment. The Camping Episode: SpongeBob and Patrick decide to go camping...in the back yard. Squidward comes out to tell them to be quiet, but takes their innocent "have fun inside the house" comment as a challenge. He sets up camp, and they end up having fun singing a campfire song. But when Squidward starts playing his clarinet along, SpongeBob warns him that it's going to lure a sea bear to their camp. He is right! But Squidward ignores every piece of advice given to him by SpongeBob and Patrick until it's too late.

Missing Identity: SpongeBob has lost his name tag! He has no idea where it has gone. He retraces all of his steps, with "help" from Patrick, but to no avail. His mind and day rapidly deteriorating, he continues to search desperately until, miraculously, Patrick spots the missing identification. SpongeBob has accidentally gone the entire day...with his shirt on backwards. Plankton's Army: It is the 25th anniversary of Plankton's first attempt to steal the Krabby Patty Secret Formula. The entire Krusty Krab crew is on its guard, and foils Plankton at every turn. Plankton, defeated, decides to enlist the help of all of his plankton relatives - all millions of them. They storm the Krusty Krab and take Mr. Krabs by surprise, and finally manage to get the secret formula. But when Plankton gets to the most secret ingredient, he runs screaming, as does his army. The secret ingredient (in this decoy formula that Mr. Krabs set up) was a pound of fresh ground plankton!

Lost Episode (The Sponge Who Could Fly): SpongeBob is jellyfishing when he wistfully realizes that he wants to fly with the jellyfish. He proceeds to come up with numerous ways to fly. He and Patrick try everything from constructing a plane to tying SpongeBob to a kite. All of his efforts are fruitless, and he decided to give up. Then, miraculously, he tucks his hair dryer into his pants while he answers the phone, and his pants inflate. He can fly! He uses his "gift" to fly around town and help people. But the residents of Bikini Bottom get greedy and demand more and more of his time. He realizes that he never wanted the responsibility of being a hero, he just wanted to fly with the jellyfish. His magical pants are destroyed in an attack by the residents, but the jellyfish come to his aid, and he finally gets to fly among them. This episode features a plethora of musical numbers.

The Strangler escapes custody and disguises himself as SpongeBob's bodyguard, all the while looking for a moment to strangle him. But SpongeBob leads a busy life, and the strangler grows weary. After finally revealing his true identity to SpongeBob, a random chain of events lands him in jail, and SpongeBob is safe. Pranks a Lot: SpongeBob and Patrick invest in some magic "invisible spray" at the local prank shop. They strip down and spray themselves - the stuff really works! They go on a major pranking spree, hitting just about everyone in town and getting away with it. It's finally Mr. Krabs that figures them out and he puts a floodlight on them for the whole town to see. Suddenly the joke is on Patrick and SpongeBob-they have no clothes on!

Fear of a Krabby Patty: The Krusty Krab is now open 24-hours-a-day, which means that the Krusty Krab employees have to work round-the-clock and without a break. At first the prospect of never leaving work is like a dream come true for SpongeBob. But soon the relentless schedule takes its toll, and SpongeBob develops an inexplicable fear of Krabby Patties preventing him from doing his job. Plankton seizes the opportunity and disguises himself as SpongeBob's psychiatrist in an attempt to extract the patty's secret formula from the stressed-out sponge. Shell of a Man: Mr. Krabs is getting ready for a big reunion with his old seafaring buddies when he suddenly molts his shell. It seems the years of owning a fast food restaurant have taken their toll on Mr. Krabs' waist line. And now that his armor-like shell no longer fits, Mr. Krabs is left quivering, shell-less, and pink. Afraid that his tough-as-nails friends will only ridicule him, but reluctant to not make an appearance at the get-together, Mr. Krabs disguises SpongeBob in his old shell and forces him to go to the reunion in his place.

the Lost Mattress: SpongeBob hears that Mr. Krabs cannot get a good night sleep on his lumpy mattress, so, with the help of Patrick and Squidward, SpongeBob buys Mr. Krabs a brand new mattress and throws the old one away. Once Mr. Krabs learns of the switch, he falls into a "cash coma" - all of Mr. Krabs' money was hidden in that old mattress. In order to revive their boss (and avoid possible jail time) SpongeBob, Squidward and Patrick must retrieve the mattress from the city dump, but first they have to get past the ferocious guard-worm that's sleeping on top of it. Skill Crane: When a Skill Crane is installed in the Krusty Krab, Squidward becomes obsessed with winning a stuffed animal from the machine. It's not long before he spends all of his money and the deed to his house on the Skill Crane-and still he can't win anything. Taking pity on his neighbor, SpongeBob, Skill Crane Champion, teaches Squidward his technique. The lesson works, and Squdward finally wins a prize. With his newfound confidence Squidward gets a little over zealous, and tries to apply his skills to a real construction crane with disastrous results. Good Neighbors: It's Sunday in Bikini Bottom, and all Squidward wants to do is enjoy the last few hours of "me time" before the work week begins. But SpongeBob and Patrick continue to intrude on his perfect Sunday with various activities from their Good Neighbor Club. So Squidward installs a high-tech security device designed to keep his "good neighbors" out. But the device malfunctions, mutates Squidward's house into a giant robot, and rampages through the town.

Selling Out: Mr. Krabs sells his restaurant to a conglomerate that plans to turn the Krusty Krab into a big corporate chain. At first the sell out brings the kind of peace and quiet Mr. Krabs always wanted. But his early retirement quickly turns into nothing more than one boring day after another, and Mr. Krabs finds himself living a life without purpose. So he takes a job as a busboy at the Krusty Krab only to find that it has been transformed into a heartless mockery of his former restaurant. With the help of SpongeBob and Squidward, Mr. Krabs stages a fast food coup against the new management. Funny Pants: Squidward has had enough of SpongeBob's incessant laughter, so he tricks his neighbor into believing that SpongeBob has a laugh-related illness. According to the made-up disease, if SpongeBob laughs one more time in the next 24 hours, his laugh box will explode and he will never laugh or giggle again. For the rest of the day, SpongeBob fights every single urge to chuckle. The next morning, SpongeBob discovers that he completely lost the ability to laugh. Now utterly grief stricken, all SpongeBob can do is cry his eyes out. Squidward finally confesses to the forlorn sponge (the weeping was more annoying than SpongeBob's giggles), and in the process restores SpongeBob's laugh.

Dunces and Dragons: After a freak jousting accident at a Medieval Times-style restaurant, SpongeBob and Patrick are transported to a medieval version of Bikini Bottom. There they are mistaken for great knights and sent on a quest by King Krabs to rescue his daughter, the Princess Pearl, from the clutches of the evil wizard Planktonamor. To keep them company, the King sends along Squidward, the court jester (who was recently thrown in the dungeon for not being funny). The first obstacle they encounter is the dreaded Black Knight, an ornery squirrel who fights under the spell of Planktonamor. But Sir SpongeBob bests the Black Knight in a brilliant display of Ka-ra-te, and even breaks Planktonamor's hold on her. The Black Knight pledges herself to the heroes' cause, and the group of four marches on to Lord Plankton's lair where they encounter the giant fire-breathing jelly fish. Fortunately Sir SpongeBob has just the thing that will tame the dangerous beast, a krabby patty that he was saving in his pocket for lunch. The knights finally get through Plankton's defenses, save Princess Pearl, and restore peace to the kingdom.

Convinced that this just another trick aimed at getting the family formula for Krabby Patties, Mr. Krabs tries to reveal Plankton's schemes and breakup the ill-favored fling. Mermaidman and Barnacleboy VI: The Motion Picture: The adventures of Mermaidman and Barnacleboy are being told in a thrilling new motion picture. But as SpongeBob and Patrick soon learn, their heroes are not in the movie. The real Mermaidman and Barnacleboy were considered too old, so their filmic counterparts will be a couple of young actors that are nothing like the true heroes. SpongeBob is outraged, and he sets out to make his own version of the Mermaidman and Barnacleboy movie using the real guys fresh from their retirement home.

So SpongeBob decides to lend a hand and help the Flying Dutchman learn to scare people again. Chimps Ahoy: The Chimpanzee beneficiaries of Sandy's undersea treedome are paying a visit to see what progress she has made with her inventions. But Sandy doesn't think any of her work will satisfy the chimps, and if they don't like what she's invented Sandy could lose her funding forcing her to leave Bikini Bottom. SpongeBob and Patrick decide to help their distraught friend by taking over her work and finishing her inventions.

Wishing You Well: When a wishing well is installed near the Krusty Krab, Mr. Krabs sends SpongeBob down in a bucket to collect the coins that will be dropped by people making their wishes. SpongeBob figures out that this just a scam, and sets out to make all of the wishes come true.

Bummer Vacation: Mr. Krabs is about to be fined for unfair labor practices. It turns out that in all the years he has been working at the Krusty Krab, SpongeBob has never taken a vacation. So Mr. Krabs makes his #1 employee take the day off. But SpongeBob's vacation soon turns into a nightmare. He just can't stand being away from his favorite place. SpongeBob eventually tries infiltrating the kitchen to give the temp help (Patrick) useful tips on flipping patties. But each attempt is thwarted by Mr. Krabs who kicks SpongeBob out of the restaurant. Wigstruck: SpongeBob finds an old powdered wig in the trash and wears it around town thinking it is the height of all things cool. The townspeople laugh at him, and Mr. Krabs makes him wear a ridiculous hairnet (which only makes SpongeBob even sillier). But nothing can convince him that the wig is anything but cool.

Squidtastic Voyage: When Squidward swallows his clarinet reed Sandy offers to retrieve the piece by shrinking herself and a mini sub down to microscopic proportions and traveling into Squidward's body. But to Squidward's horror, SpongeBob and Patrick accidentally end up in the mini-drivers seat of the sub and continue the mission on their own. That's No Lady: A misunderstanding over a vacation getaway advertisement causes Patrick to think he must "get out of town" or face dire consequences. SpongeBob can't bear the thought of his best buddy moving away, so he decides to do what he can to hide Patrick's identity from his "pursuers." After many failed attempts at disguises, they finally settle on the perfect one: Patrick is transformed into a girl, Patricia to be exact. Patricia catches the eye of Mr. Krabs and soon she becomes the most charming waitress/waiter at the Krusty Krab.

But SpongeBob thinks he's kind of cute, so he adopts Squidward and tries to raise him as his pet. Hocus Pocus: After practicing all day with his brand new magic kit, SpongeBob tries to impress Squidward with his newfound abilities. Of course Squidward, being the ever reluctant participant, sneaks away without SpongeBob noticing. But what SpongeBob does catch is the ice-cream cone that was left in Squidward's place. Now SpongeBob is panicked and under the impression that he turned his neighbor into the frozen dessert.

Only Patrick DOES pass, and now he's getting his license. But that's not all. Because Patrick is the 1-millionth customer at the DMV, he is awarded a brand new car! SpongeBob tries to be happy for his pal. But watching Patrick abuse his driving privilege and disobey common driving 101 rules makes the Sponge's blood boil. Rule of Dumb: An oversight in a Royal genealogy document revels that Patrick is the next in line to receive a kingly title. It's not long before the power of the crown goes straight to the starfish's head.

Born to be Wild: SpongeBob hears that a ferocious biker gang is coming to town, only no one in Bikini Bottom seems bothered by the news. So SpongeBob dons his leather jacket, warms up his bike, and prepares to protect the town all by himself. Best Frenemies: A new Kelp Smoothie chain is opening up all over Bikini Bottom. The chain's smoothies are so delicious that soon everyone in town can be seen drinking one. But now that customers already have their smoothie, they don't need to buy a beverage with their Krusty Krab order. This could hurt Mr. Krabs' profits, and if there's one thing he can't stand, it's losing money. So Mr. Krabs forms an unlikely alliance with another member of the food service industry, Plankton, and together the two work to infiltrate the Smoothie shop and uncover it's secrets.

Squid Wood: Rejected yet again by Squidward, SpongeBob decides that if he can't hang with the real Squidward, he'll make his own. So SpongeBob builds a ventriloquist dummy modeled after his favorite neighbor. At first Squidward is pleased that SpongeBob is distracted by this mini Squidward. But eventually everyone in town wants to spend time with the dummy preferring it over the real Squidward.

Best Day Ever: SpongeBob is going to have the best day ever. First he gets to work at the Krusty Krab. Then he is going to meet Sandy for a little Ka-Ra-Tay, followed by jellyfishing with Patrick, and Squidward's clarinet recital. But the day does not go exactly as planned. Each of his friends is having a problem which SpongeBob naturally sets out to solve. But this costs him every item on his perfect agenda. When a disappointed SpongeBob realizes that his entire day has been sacrificed, his friends rally around him to give their thanks and make sure his day really is the best ever. The Gift of Gum: It's Best Friends Day and SpongeBob and Patrick trade Best Friend presents. SpongeBob presents Patrick with a fancy robot, and Patrick gives his favorite Sponge his most prized possession, an enormous ball of used chewing gum. SpongeBob is touched. This gift is the coolest thing in the world. However, once he finally fits the giant wad of gum into his house, it slowly starts to creep him out. Maybe it's the moldy pizza or the smelly sock attached to it, or the fact that the gum is starting to talk to him. Whatever it is, SpongeBob decides that home may not be the best place for this present. But he can't let Patrick know that his gift has to go, that would hurt the pink star's feelings. So SpongeBob attempts to steal the gum from his own house and hide it. Of course it turns out to be a far stickier plan than he imagined.

Mr. Krabs and Plankton have been business rivals and bitter enemies for longer than anyone can remember, but, one day, during another one of Plankton's failed attempts at stealing the Krabby Patty formula, Mr. Krabs reveals that they were not always this way. There was a time when the two rivals were actually the best of friends. Through a series of flashbacks, Mr. Krabs tells the tale of how that great friendship turned sour, and how the Krabby Patty was born in the process.

Taking the chef's critique to heart, SpongeBob decides to quit - his beloved Krusty Krab deserves someone better. Without his employee of the month, Krabs is stuck with an overpriced chef that will charge him an arm and a leg to flip one burger. He must find SpongeBob and convince him to return to work-or lose a fortune on his original cook. Night Light: Tales of the boogeyman sends SpongeBob into panic. Every dark corner in his house could be a potential hiding place for the infamous monster. So SpongeBob invests in as many night lights as his house can fit, and even invites Pat over for a slumber party that's guaranteed to keep the boogeyman at bay.

Everything in town has been taken over by Dead Eye - everything except Pappy Krabs' Krusty Kantina, the local watering hole where Hopalong Squidward can be found working behind the counter serving customers like Pecos Patrick. But now that Dead Eye has his big ugly eye set on taking over the Krusty Kantina, it looks like all hope is lost for this town...until SpongeBuck arrives. He cheerily announces he's there for the job of chili cook posted in the newspaper, but the townsfolk are so desperate for someone to stand up to Dead Eye that they immediately hire SpongeBuck as their sheriff too! This sponge may not have the experience, the skills, or the smarts to take down Dead Eye, but he's not going to let that stop him from trying!

Whatever Happened to SpongeBob? (WhoBob WhatPants): When SpongeBob tries to spend some quality time with his friends, he just ends up being a nuisance to everyone instead. Along the way, SpongeBob takes a nasty tumble and bumps his head, making him lose his memory. He doesn't remember anything, not even his own name. With nothing but a bottle of bubbles in his pocket, SpongeBob stumbles into New Kelp City. Lost and confused, he does the only thing that feels familiar to him-blowing bubbles. But in this town, bubble blowing has been declared illegal, and the law is enforced by a tough and ruthless street gang. SpongeBob uses his bubble-blowing skills to trap the gang in a bubble, which floats them right out of the city. Now that they are freed from the thugs' rule of terror, the citizens of New Kelp City declare SpongeBob their new mayor. Meanwhile, SpongeBob's old friends from Bikini Bottom realize that they miss their yellow buddy, and are desperate to find him and bring him back home. But now that SpongeBob has fame and glory in New Kelp City, will he ever want to go back?

SpongeHenge: A very windy day in Bikini Bottom is blowing air through SpongeBob's holes resulting in a chorus of pretty flute-like sounds. This attracts all the local jellyfish who love the music coming out of SpongeBob. But when the jellyfish become a public nuisance, SpongeBob tries to lure them out of town by moving his home to a faraway cave.

The Krabby Kronicle: When Mr. Krabs notices that the citizens of Bikini Bottom love buying tabloid newspapers, he decides to begin another business venture-his own tabloid! He recruits SpongeBob as his writer, but SpongeBob doesn't feel comfortable making up stories about other people because that would make him a liar. But Mr. Krabs assures him that making up stories for the paper isn't lying, it's using your imagination! SpongeBob discovers that making up stories about the people in Bikini Bottom is a lot of fun-but the people he's writing about don't think so.

Ditchin: Mermaidman and Barnacleboy are having a book signing, but SpongeBob can't go because he has boating school. After some convincing, Patrick finally gets SpongeBob to take a bathroom break from class-a really long one-so they can go to the signing, and SpongeBob can just go back to class when he's done! But the day turns sour when SpongeBob becomes racked with guilt about ditching class.
