Alice Howell is jealous of husband Gene Rogers: properly so, since he likes to try to pick up young women on his way to work. At his company, where they manufacture fly paper, clerks Raymond Griffith and Fatty Voss are both stuck on pretty stenographer Gertrude Selby. So Alice takes over running the place.
Only a little more than the first half of this L-KO comedy short is known to survive, and there's decomposition on what does, but it's a fine knockabout farce with two important players (for fans of silent comedy) present: Raymond Griffith, who would lead many a Paramount comedy feature in the late 1920s (most of which are likewise lost), and would become Darryl F. Zanuck's right-hand man when he became a major producer; and Alice Howell, who plays the overbearing wife with great zest. In fact, everyone is good.
