Storyline
Tangsan is a doctor living in the poverty stricken area of Shanghai. All the poor people come to him for help because of his kindness. But soon, the Axe Gang enters the picture, and they're ploting to destroy the town so they can build their own casino. Tangsan naturally gets involved, and starts an ongoing rivalry with the gang.
