The whole movie
26 October 2003 | by (Florida) – See all my reviews

I read so many put downs about movies and I wonder why people watch them, if they hate them so much.

This movie was not that bad. Like alot of heterosexual teen movies it centered around sex, drugs, and not growing up.

I mean it was Pretty In Pink without the prom, and adding the drugs.

It was not pointless- I mean I can see that because I am not from an upperclass, snobby family who had everything handed to me all my life.

I think the main character was trying to find herself-and she experimented with cute Brad Renfro, drugs, and what everyone else thought was hip. Who cares if Melanie Griffith was in it or not. She acts air headed in movies alot anyhow.

I always think it is interesting that they seem to put 2 or 3 of the same people together in a different movie, I think that is neat. I.E.- Brad Renfro(William), and Delilah (Bijuou Phillips), were both in "Bully."

So once again, if people think teen movies are stupid they should just steer clear of them-they are all the same:

Sex,drugs,killing,stealing,and /or monsters(if it's a horror flick).
