I don't know what people are expecting when they see this movie, but I think they're taking it all too seriously... come on, the box cover should tell you what's going on here.
I personally found this to be a good movie, and a fairly accurate representation, believe it or not. Take it with a grain of salt, and it is fine entertainment, and even a decent story. Certainly better than most teen movies like "Jawbreaker" with Rose McGowan or "She's All That" with Rachel Leigh Cook.
