Storyline

A thoroughly thought-provoking drama series based on the events in a womens prison. Bad Girls captures the highs and lows in the prison, and questions which side of the bar really is the most intense- its a world where the 'screws' versus the 'cons,' a world where anything and everything can happen, a world where the women really are vulnerable at the hands of the screws... User Reviews

One of the greatest drama's ever
16 September 2003 | by See all my reviews

Bad Girls has always been brilliant. I have loved it from the first series, but then the fantastic Phyl and Bev (Stephanie Beacham and Amanda Barrie) known as The Costa Cons arrived and it got even better! These two are my absolute favourite characters ever, and i really hope they are both back for the next series. Their scenes with Officer Hollamby (Helen Fraser) had me in stitches.
