Martens is a professional jewel thief / playboy who steals a diamond worth a billion US dollars from a princess' crown. Unfortunately for him, it's a fake, so he goes to Bangkok, Thailand to steal the real one from the national museum. He has faithful sidekicks to help him, but others (don't ask me who they are, I have no idea) wait until he completes his operation to get the diamond for themselves.
Wow, this film is so forgettable that you may even forget you have forgotten it! Plot and characters are nondescript, even the on-location filming in exotic Thailand is indifferent. If you didn't like my title pun in the summary above, I can make another one: "Ray Master l'insufferabile"! 0.5 out of 4 stars.
