As expected, Disney is further raiding its vault for more 3D releases. On Tuesday, the studio announced that it's theatrically re-releasing "Beauty and the Beast," "Finding Nemo," "Monsters, Inc." and "The Little Mermaid" in the format over the next two years. Fans of Sulley and Mike will have to wait a little longer to see the monstrous duo back in action.  Disney announced Monday that the prequel to the mega-grossing "Monsters, Inc" will be pushed from 2012 to 2013. Entitled "Monsters University," the Pixar film will hit theaters on June 13, 2013, not November 2, 2012 as originally planned. To fill the hole, Disney will move "Reboot Ralph" into the original "Monsters" date, up from March 22, 2013. With the "Monsters Inc." prequel now bestowed with an official title--"Monsters University"--a director has now been revealed for the film. Walt Disney has announced that Dan Scanlon will helm the the film that will track Mike and Sully during their days at the University of Fear, telling the story of how they start off as enemies but soon become friends. As per usual with Pixar's hiring process, they've tapped a longtime colleague for the job. Pixar seem to be going sequel crazy at the moment, what with Toy Story 3 receiving much applause last year, and Cars 2 revving onto screens later in 2011.
