"I know you're a cop, maybe."
12 June 2015 | by See all my reviews

Conflict makes real life stressful but makes movies interesting. This movie is relentless conflict. I find titles of "One by One" and "Kung Fu Powerhouse" listed but my copy seems to be French and is translated "The Damn Chain of Ka Tang". It is dubbed English and widescreen. One of the two guys chained together is a cop. If you think about it, you can figure it out from the story line but with the non-stop action you won't have time to do any thinking while watching. The action is plentiful and the fights are all down and dirty, no acrobatics, trampolines, wires, just physically brutal action and dangerous stunts. (Except for that pointless motorcycle sequence.) Yasuaki Kurata is well known as one of the greatest. Kam Kong is excellent in this movie too. I've seen almost all of Kam Kong's movies but biographical information does not seem to be available.
