I saw this program a few years ago when I was in England. I thought the idea was innovative and the humor was great. Quite British. It would be great if this short lived series were released on DVD to see it again. ---Former ballet dancer Annie has bought a musty old pile and turned it into the Swan Lake Hotel. Her ten-year-old daughter Ella is wary of the venture but soon befriends a trio of resident ghosts - the Georgian dandy Sir Squiffington-Fopp, the medieval minstrel Tristan Shout, who has a passion for Elvis Presley, and Chicago mobster Eddie 'Kneecaps' McNugget. Because Annie cannot afford to hire staff, the spooks - promising to curb their desire to scare people - help with the running of the hotel. Though well intended, their assistance usually causes chaos.
