Trivia:

The "Jazz Cat" blues bar was originally supposed to be a strip club; Steven Seagal opted for the change by claiming that many of his past movies had featured strip club scenes.

Goofs:

Errors made by characters (possibly deliberate errors by the filmmakers): When Segal is asked via walkie talkie how his bomb disposal activities are proceeding, he checks the digital bomb display, then responds by saying "One minute and 42 seconds remaining". The camera then pans to the bomb display which clearly shows one minute 46 seconds remaining.

Low Budget and it shows

The thought of seeing three actors that i like made me watch this film. Of them (Seagal, Hopper, Sizemore) only Seagal i feel puts a performance in. It is a very poorly directed film. The action scenes are extremely bad. I feel the actors were just cashing in on the movie. Overall its one to forget.
