Curiosity/Connoisseur value

I tuned in wanting to see how Mr Soul was doing these days and found myself hypnotized by the film by its sheer awfulness! Stilted performances by the actors with huge and laughable lapses in plot sensibility. Occasional glimpses of good dialog are presented for the lead but these are too few and far between. The action scenes are a bad imitation of '70's TV action series where everyone is shot and dies/fall in slow motion (remember the A Team?). Watch for the lead's attempt at soldierly machismo when shooting at the bad guys with an obvious overbite (knowingly overacted by Mr Soul?). The comically awful scenes are the shoot-outs - especially the opening scenes - where supposedly trained police are unable to hit the bad guys. These signal the quality of the rest of the movie. Definitely for the connoisseur of the awful.
