Storyline

New Zealand's outback. As a stunning blond wearing high-topped blue boots and a matching mini-skirted dress rises from her bed in a motel, a TV newscaster reports blue lights in the sky last night. The blond starts walking down the middle of the highway. Each person she wordlessly encounters takes on new life - whether it's religious ecstasy, philosophical wisdom, or mathematical brilliance. That night finds her on the outskirts of Auckland: will she transform it as well?
