A documentary series titled The Real Silent Hill Experience, or TRSHE for short, was made by a group of fans to dissect and clearly explain the franchise. This series has been noted by Silent Hill's current developers, and praised by some original Team Silent members (which was the original development team for the first four games) for its authenticity and attention to detail. Fan reaction though has been mixed since the documentary disproves with evidence some of the most long time believed fan theories like the multiple dimension theory.
