This movie is really good despite its $200,000 budget. The acting was good and many of the scenes were very true to L.A. life (there really is an infamous taco stand where drug dealers and transvestite prostitutes hang out). If you are looking for big budget effects and lots of hype don't watch it, but if you are looking for an enjoyable film with characters that are believable this is a good film.
