Scooby and Shaggy tell an Arabic Caliph two stories, the first about Aliyah-din, a young girl aided by two genies played Yogi and Boo-Boo and the second about Sinbad the Sailor played by Magilla Gorilla.
The gang's vacation to Paris takes a wrong turn when Scooby and Shaggy miss their flight and end up on a skydiving expedition in the Himalayas. To make matters worse, upon arrival they must outrun the Abominable Snowmonster.
This movie breaks with tradition by portraying The Phantom Of The Opera (and by extension his daughter) as a LITERAL phantom (i.e. a ghost or spirit) rather than as a living human with a ghastly appearance. See more »

What made me laugh more and more is that little pis$ed off dragon. It made the movie as far as I'm concerned. The movie took a while to get going, but it grew on me......but I'm easily entertained. In the realm of kids movies, I'd probably give it a 6/10. Definitely enjoyable.
