  • In the movie, our main characters stumble across this village that they can not find on any map. Soon they find out this tiny little hamlet is called Brigadoon. Brigadoon is a special village in Scotland that you will never find on any map. Once every 100 years for one day only this wonderful village appears and if you happen upon it. It will be a wonderful, fun filled day you will never ever forget--filled with dancing, food and fellowship. Then as the day comes to a close, so does the village only to appear somewhere else on a day, a hundred years from now.

  • Two Americans participating in an auto race in Scotland get lost. They find a small village called Brigadoon where people live with a mysterious secret, and behave as if they were still living two hundred years in the past. When they decide to stay for an upcoming wedding, one of the Americans, out of curiosity, peers into a family Bible, and discovers that all of the dates are written as if the events - even the present-day events - had taken place two hundred years ago.
