Nothing new about the plot, but brisk pace sets this one above many others. The hero's backstory comes in brief flashbacks, requiring minimal exposition for who he's targeting and why they deserve his wrath. The fights are bountiful and visceral. Few weapons; no wires; gritty fights against despicable villains and their henchmen. Among the Asian martial arts fare from the 1970s - '80s, this one offers perhaps the most punches and kicks per minute you can find.
