Sibling rivalry is the focus of this film. A younger, less secure boy falls in the shadow of his older, more popular brother. At his brother's urging he tries out for a school musical and wins the lead. But then he hears his brother bragging about he had gotten the younger brother the role. This causes the boy to drop out of the play, but continuing as the piano accompanist. In that role, he develops a crush on the female lead and love blossoms until the girl comes over to the house. The older brother belittles his brother and the girl shifts her affections. This drive the younger brother into a gang and eventually culminates in an act of revenge. Written by John Sacksteder <>

Excellent new talent across the board!
5 October 2001 | by (Torremolinos, España) – See all my reviews

I saw this at a studio showing and was extremely impressed by the talent of the entire crew. I, fortunately was able to receive a copy, unfortunately I cannot view it here in Europe. Even as an adult, Justin Urich´s performance was extremely real and moving. Great casting! Really a shame that it is not available or ever released.
