Boy, I'm a little worried that so many people seem to like this.
8 April 2010 | by (Raleigh, NC, USA) – See all my reviews

Are there that many people out there who actually LIKE this movie? It's a piece of junk. I might have been able to handle it if there had been some evidence that the budget was making it to the screen, but the film looks (and feels) really, really cheap. (The CGI FX are absolutely atrocious.) Even Arquette, whom I normally like at least a little, is awful and virtually unrecognizable in this film. (I'm not even going to acknowledge that K**tel worked in this stinker.) Here's a free clue to film makers: if you want to have viewers identify with the lead character and have some empathy for him, you need to give him at least SOME positive aspects. Otherwise, where's the interest? Not worth your time.
