In the year 2040 the first artificial time hole is finally made traversable. It punches straight to 1997. Since the technology had been a developing reality for some thirty years, an elite force of young people from all over the world had been formed to combat those who would use the time hole for nefarious purposes. Some of them have been in the Time Police almost their entire lives.
The young people board the Time Ship and launch, but there is a strange, terrible accident. The crew is lost. Only two members make in through to 1997 Japan, and immediately upon arrival, search for a boy to protect him from the criminal they know has come back to murder.
The fate of the world hangs in the balance.
Though the first episode strongly resembles the Terminator 2 plotline, the series as a whole has a quite unique character.
