Trivia

Although Eddie Murphy voiced the lead character, Thurgood Stubbs, from the show's inception, Murphy left the show about halfway through the 30-episode series. He was replaced by actor Phil Morris (who may be recognizable to many for a role that preceded this, bombastic defense attorney "Jackie Chiles" on Seinfeld). See more »

User Reviews

An excellent addition to Fox's Tuesday line-up.
26 April 1999 | by (Austin, TX, USA) – See all my reviews

Eddie Murphy has come up with a great series that has good "urban" humor and makes a positive statement without being hokey. An excellent edition to Fox's Tuesday line-up, with believable, funny characters.
