It's too bad they didn't make this movie disappear
18 May 2000 | by See all my reviews

I expected the flash and dazzle that makes theirs the most popular show in Vegas, but was treated instead to a painfully boring introspective of their lives - does anyone really care about their childhoods or their boyhood pets or the bad relationships they had with their parents? No! Still, this takes up more than half the film.

I went expecting to see some vivid illusions and good 3-D effects and they deliver neither -the special effects are sparse, middling and don't break up the monotony.

With luck this feature will disappear from theatres - the sooner the better (at least it won't be coming out on video anytime soon).
