After thinking up a foolproof way to take over the entire toy market worldwide this corporate raider heads for the North Pole to grab the ultimate toy factory. While there he discovers that Santa, an old "acquaintance", is having takeover problems of his own. This causes the man to make a choice between holding on to his hates and hurts or to become reacquainted with his family and learn to appreciate the holiday season. Good one.
