This is probably an example of having little to show for a little investment...at least I HOPE it was a small investment, 'cause the primary adjective that I would apply to it is "bush", which encompasses amateurish acting; terrible audio; unrealistic sequences...should I go on? The movie portrays two new law enforcement officers bent on solving the mini-mart shooting of a female member of their department. Then, the only other witness to the crime - a kindly old lady - is rubbed out...but AFTER she identifies the perps to them. The villains initially elude the cops, but are later observed helping retrieve funny money from its watery drop-off point and driving a vehicle which has been impounded by the sheriff's staff. Could a peacekeeper actually be in cahoots with the thugs? The conclusion answers that question, when they eavesdrop on the delivery of the fake bills to the top man. But that's the ONLY way that the use of the word "top" fits into commenting about this film...unless I said that this is NOT a topnotch effort.
