NEW YORK -- Lifetime has tapped Lisa Rinna
to host a pilot for a new reality series being considered for primetime. The one-hour Merge

) will produce the series, with Chuck Dalaklis and Theresa McKeown executive producing. Rinna co-hosts SoapTalk
on SoapNet. Her other TV credits include Days of Our Lives
, Melrose Place
and the Lifetime telefilms Sex, Lies & Obsession
and Another Woman's Husband
could follow in the footsteps of a new fleet of reality programming for Lifetime, including Final Justice
with Erin Brockovich
, which bowed in January, and What Should You Do?
coming next month. "We have more nonfiction programming in development now than ever before," said Bill Brand, senior vp reality programming at Lifetime.
