Not a bad parody really. The costumes are good, they try to act, and do a fine job at it. The Pornguin's impression of the Penguin was right on, with the voice and everything. The story is kind of based on Batman Returns, but also parodies stuff from the first Tim Burton film, as well as the old TV series. I was hoping to see a little scat from Scatwoman, but unfortunately it was just a clever name. No poop. No pee. Scatwoman is funny though, I liked the way she acted in this. I actually did laugh a couple times during this movie. And Alfred the man-servant is a butch lesbian, HAHA!
I picked this up at a comic convention recently, I had never heard of it before. I am pleased with it, and I recommend it.
