Sex & Nudity

10/10

This is a sexually themed movie with several refenerces to sex as the subject of the movie is Marquis de Sade. They are somehow explicit talks of different aspects of sex.

A scene implies a (married) woman performing oral sex on a man, although nothing is shown.

De Sade kisses Kate against her will sucks her tongue very hard making her uncomfortable. Later he makes her sit on his lap while her grinds and moans.

References to adultery.

There are mad men and women seen cuddling, touching and getting private with each other in terms of sexuality.

There are nude men (buttocks visible) and women (breasts, butts and vaginas) seen in the movie.

A woman lies down naked, dead. We can easily see her breasts.

A man is shown repeatedly nude.

A graphic threesome involving two men and a woman with nudity but no genitals.

There is a sex scene in which a woman's breasts are shown, but nothing else.

A priest kisses a dead woman's body and then she wakes up and they have sex in the church.

2 +1 rape scenes occur. The first one a much older man rapes his 16 year old wife in bed; he rips her dress, thrusts violently and she cries. The second, a fat man makes Kate bend over a table forcefully and pushes his hand under her skirt and tries to penetrate her, but she burns him with a hot iron and he stops. The third involves the same two people from the second; the man attacks her and tries to rape her on the floor (very little is seen of this one) and he cuts out her tongue and kills her. later it's revealed she was a virgin so he actually didn't rape her

An insane man is seen masturbating, although there is no nudity.

A man's tongue is ordered to be taken out of his mouth, we later see the tongue in a bowl

A man whips himself in the back.

3 brief rape scenes, two with very violent endings.

Profanity

7/10

About 10 F-words

Several words refering to sexual matters

A priest is a love interest of a woman and seems interested in her as well, he kisses her once. Later he's seen having sex with her in the church thought we later find out it was only a dream.

They are also some religious profanities.
