It should be noted that in recent years, this story has been proved to be completely false. A final coroners report stated that there was NO evidence that Becky Bell died of an abortion. He found she had a spontaneous miscarriage and the infection she died of did not originate in her reproductive organs. The "all American girl" also did a stint in drug rehab and the doctors assigned to the case have put forth the theory that the pneumonia could have been cause by aspirated vomit while partying. In any case, the abortion theory was abandoned, Beckys parents canceled there nationwide lecture tour touting this fabrication and yet, pro-abortion advocates still use this lie to promote their cause.
