In the year 80 AMM (After Mickey Mouse) on planet X the crime-syndicated Cats try to erase the Mouse-population once and for all. A scientist of the mice, prof. Fushimishi seems to have found the weapon against the threat - so Intermouse calls it's best, but now retired agent - Nick Grabowsky - to get the plans. Number 13 appears an inordinate number of times in the film. Grabowski is said to have proclaimed himself Mickey Mouse 13th. Grabowski's cabin number on the M-Lines ship is 13. The first button that the Rat Racer's computer tells the rats to push is also 13. The number appears in the sequel as well. See more
The relative size of the characters alternates between scenes. For example, the mice and rats are scaled almost realistically to the cats, with the rats being a little shorter and the mice being much smaller than them. In one scene, a mouse even rides inside a glass bottle that a rat drank empty. But when the rats and mice share a scene, they are almost of the same hight. See more
