That Big, Loveable Whale is Now on Saturday Morning!
3 November 2002 | by (U.S.A) – See all my reviews

You heard right. Willy and his pals Jesse and Randolph have their very own Saturday Morning cartoon show! Annie and Glenn have appeared in a few episodes. There are new friends, like Oceanographer Mr. Naugle and his assistant, Marlene. Willy even has some new friends: a dolphin, Einstein and seal, Lucille. Willy and Jesse, in each episode, must thwart the dastardly schemes of The Machine, a half-man/half-machine who terrorizes the waters and wants revenge on Willy who caused him to have his accident. There were some good episodes here, I can't really think of any because I haven't seen the show in about seven years. But it was a good show. You have to watch it a number of times to really appreciate it. Willy talks! Like in the Beethoven cartoon show, the dog talked so here Willy talks as well. He only talks to Jesse though. Lucille and Einstein talk as well. The Machine goes on land disguised as Rocklyn Stone. Now that's a name we can start to giggle at.

Well, there's really not much more to say. If you liked the movie then you'll probably like this cartoon show. If not, don't fret, I'm sure the kiddies will love it.
