I saw this as "Secrétaires sans culotte" -- an imaginative title considering that it doesn't feature any secretaries with or without their underkex. The movie's primary title, "Malicious Martine", fits the bill much better, of course. A pretty ingénue visits the big city under the tutelage of her uncle. To make sure that she flies straight he has her monitored by a swarthy private dick (a role that is incidentally quite well acted), who can't, however, prevent cheeky Martine from getting into all sorts of capers, including that strange staple of French porn -- getting bondaged in a castle dungeon. I'm probably not refined enough for that sort of thing.
Brigitte Lahaie only has a brief scene, but the sex is generally quite pleasing to the eye. Barbara Moose in the title role certainly has a killer body, looks and moves, but overall the movie is just a flimsy pastiche of more or less random sex scenes, which get a bit repetitive after a while. But there are worse ways of wasting an evening.
